Fair Work Act changes effective 1 January 2013

Did you know that a number of changes to the Fair Work Act came into effect as of 1 January 2013?

Some of these include a change of name from Fair Work Australia to the Fair Work Commission, changes to timeframes for lodgement of unfair dismissal claims and the minimum number of employees for negotiating an enterprise agreement.
